30-day Return/ Exchange Policy on Returnable/Exchangeable Items.
Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt. Please contact us to initiate a return or Exchange.
Items not eligible for Return/ Exchange:

- All smokeware / glass
- Crystals
- Nutrients
- Glass cleaner
- Gift Cards
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mistermusic.ca or bring proof of purchase and unopened items into our 212 McAllister Dr. (Parkway Mall) location. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
